Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Arcadible respects the rights of creators, and expects developers and players to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on Arcadible that infringes your copyright, and how to respond to a report. It follows the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Report infringement

If you believe a game, a store page, or a profile on Arcadible infringes a copyright you own, or are authorized to act for, send a notice to legal@arcadible.com that includes:

  1. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
  2. The infringing material, with a link to each place it appears on Arcadible, such as https://arcadible.com/play/star-drift.
  3. Your contact details: your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature, such as your typed full name.

Arcadible may send a copy of your notice, including your name and contact details, to the developer or player who published the material.

Don't send a notice for something that isn't infringement, such as a game in the same genre, a similar idea, or a fair use. Misrepresenting that material infringes may make you liable for damages.

For other problems with a game, such as impersonation or a trademark, email support@arcadible.com. See Contact Us.

What happens next

When Arcadible receives a complete notice, it removes or disables access to the material, and tells the developer or player who published it.

Send a counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to publish it, send a counter-notice to legal@arcadible.com that includes:

  1. The material removed, and the link where it appeared before.
  2. Your contact details: your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for your address, or, if you're outside the United States, any judicial district where Arcadible may be found, and that you'll accept service of process from the person who sent the notice, or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Arcadible sends your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell Arcadible within 10 business days that they've filed a court action, Arcadible may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving your counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

Arcadible closes the accounts of developers and players who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
