Deleting Your Account

You can ask Arcadible to delete your account, or to send you a copy of your data, at any time.

Delete your account

Email support@arcadible.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Arcadible replies to confirm the request, and deletes the account within 30 days of your confirmation.

Deleting an account can't be undone. It deletes:

  • your profile, your handle, and your page
  • your library: the games you've played and liked
  • any games you've published, with their store pages and builds, and their connections to GitHub

Your likes are taken off each game's like count. Your plays stay in each game's play count, which never recorded who played. Your handle becomes available to other accounts.

Before you ask, if you're a developer, read Delete a game. Deleting your account deletes every game on it.

After it's deleted

Your account is signed out everywhere at once, on the website, in Studio, the desktop app, and the CLI, and can't sign in again. To tidy up:

  • Log out of the desktop app, and uninstall it if you no longer want it. See The Desktop App.
  • Log out of the Arcadible CLI with arc logout, which deletes its saved login.
  • Uninstall the Arcadible GitHub App from your GitHub settings, if you installed it.

Get a copy of your data

Email support@arcadible.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Copy of my data". Arcadible sends your account's data within 30 days, as JSON: your profile, your library, and your games, builds, and releases.

Saves aren't included: they're kept on your device, not in your account, and deleting your account doesn't delete them. See Saves and Progress.

See the Privacy Policy for your other rights.
