Your Arcadible Account

One Arcadible account works on arcadible.com, in the Arcadible desktop app, and in Arcadible Studio for developers. Accounts are free.

You don't need an account to browse the store or play games. You need one to like games, to keep a library of what you've played, to have a profile, and to publish games.

Join Arcadible​

  1. Select Join Arcadible on arcadible.com or Join in the desktop app, or go to account.arcadible.com/join.
  2. Enter your email address and a password. By joining, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
  3. Arcadible emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the Verify email page within 10 minutes.

The code logs you in. If it expires, you're taken to Recover account, which sends a new one. Enter it, choose your password again on the Reset password page, then log in.

Passwords are 8 to 64 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and no spaces. Symbols are allowed.

Each email address can have one account. If an address is already in use, you'll see "Unavailable email address."

Log in​

Select Log in on arcadible.com or in the desktop app, or go to account.arcadible.com/login, and enter your email address and password. After five failed attempts, you'll also be asked to complete a CAPTCHA.

On the web, logging in on arcadible.com also logs you in to Arcadible Studio in the same browser. The desktop app has its own login: log in from its Log in button.

Arcadible doesn't currently offer logging in with Google, Apple, or another account, or two-factor authentication.

Reset your password​

  1. On the login page, select Recover account.
  2. Enter your email address. If it has an account, Arcadible emails it a 6-digit code.
  3. Enter the code, then choose a new password on the Reset password page.

Each page in these steps lasts 10 minutes. If one expires, start again from Recover account.

Use the same steps to change your password while you're logged in.

Change your email address​

You can't currently change your email address in your settings. Email support@arcadible.com from the address on your account, and say which address you'd like to use instead.

Log out​

Open the account menu, and select Log out.

  • On the web, this logs you out of arcadible.com and Arcadible Studio in that browser.
  • In the desktop app, it logs out the app only.
  • Your preferences stay on that device.

Each browser, the desktop app, and the Arcadible CLI keep separate logins. Arcadible doesn't currently log out every device at once. If you think someone else is using your account, reset your password and email security@arcadible.com.

Developers log in to the Arcadible CLI with arc login, which shows an 8-character code, such as ABCD-2345. Open account.arcadible.com/link, enter the code, and log in. Codes expire after 10 minutes. See arc login.

Emails from Arcadible​

Arcadible emails you only about your account and, if you're a developer, your games:

  • Codes, to verify your email address and to reset your password.
  • Release Published and Release Failed, when a developer's release finishes.

Arcadible doesn't send marketing email. Arcadible will never ask for your password by email.
