Get help
Email support@arcadible.com. To get an answer in one reply, include:
- The link to the game or page, such as
https://arcadible.com/play/star-drift. - What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Where: the browser or the desktop app, with its version, and your device and operating system.
- The exact message you saw, or a screenshot.
Write from the email address on your account when the question is about your account, so Arcadible can confirm it's yours. Arcadible will never ask for your password.
Report a game or a player
On a game's store page or a player's page, select ••• ▸ Report, choose what's wrong, then select Report. It's on arcadible.com and in the desktop app, whether or not you're logged in, on every game and page but your own.
To add details, or to report anything else, email support@arcadible.com with the subject "Report", and include:
- The link to the game, its store page, or the player's page.
- What's wrong, using a category from the Community Guidelines if one fits: sexual content; violent or repulsive content; hateful or abusive content; harassment or bullying; harmful or dangerous acts; suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders; child abuse; promoting terrorism; spam or misleading; or a legal issue.
- Where in the game, if it's not on the store page.
Arcadible reviews every report against the Community Guidelines, and doesn't tell the developer or player who reported them. Report a game whose Audience or Generative notice is wrong, too.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Report a security problem
Email security@arcadible.com with the details and the steps to reproduce it. Please give Arcadible a reasonable time to fix it before you share it publicly, and don't access other people's data or disrupt Arcadible while testing.

To report a game that infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@arcadible.com, as the Copyright Policy describes.
